All the actions you can do are in the list in the right of you're screen when you are on your page, for the most important :
- submit deviation = put a picture you've done on your DA page
- update journal = add a journal entry or edit a old one
- Edit profile/setting = just check, you will see
don't hesitate to ask to your friend for further explanations.... or maybe you've created an account in order to see the picture with a mature content filter applied on them XD a friend of mine have done so <_<
